This picture taken on August 16, 2019 and released on August 17 by North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) shows North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un (seated) celebrating the successful test-firing of a new weapon, presumed to be two short-range ballistic missiles, at an undisclosed location. North Korea fired what appeared to be two short-range missiles into the sea on August 16 and launched a scathing attack on "foolish" calls for dialogue from South Korean President Moon Jae-in, rejecting further peace talks with Seoul.
